Tapas originated in the Basque region of Spain to accompany a glass of wine. They have now evolved to being an exquisite dining experience to be shared amongst friends. You can enjoy them as a starter or a few as a main course.
All Tapas are priced between $6.00 - $12.00

Stuffed mushroom
A Portobello mushroom filled with a spinach and port duxelle topped with feta cheese and served on a sweet tomato coulis .

Sauza cream prawns
Five jumbo tiger prawns sautéed with garlic in a tequila cream sauce.
Breaded chicken tenders
Strips of chicken tossed with panko bread crumbs and served with a sweet chilli lime sauce.

Marinated olives
Three types of  marinated olives topped with feta cheese.

Home battered calamari
Served with salsa verde.
Stuffed lamb meatballs
Three patties of ground lamb filled with goat's cheese and mint.

El Toro platter
A portion of our marinated olives, thinly sliced prosciutto ham, calamari, stuffed lamb meatball, assorted cheeses with crackers, raisin and apricot chutney.

A puree of fire roasted red peppers and tomatoes with a hint of roasted garlic.

A generous portion of fresh fish in a thick saffron broth.

Baby greens, shaved carrots, tomatoes, raisin and apricot chutney, sliced almonds and a raspberry balsamic vinaigrette.

Warm grilled vegetable salad
Portobello mushroom, asparagus, red onion, tomato, zucchini and red pepper, drizzled with a balsamic reduction and topped with goat's cheese.

Caesar salad
Homemade traditional Caesar salad with smoked bacon, toasted croutons and parmesan cheese.

Nachos
Homemade nachos with mozarella cheese served with fresh salsa, guacamole, sour cream and refried beans.

Seafood Ceviche
Prawns, salmon and scallops marinated in lime juices, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos and onions, served with corn chips
Manchego cheese flambéed
A spanish sheep cheese flambéed with brandy and brought to your table on fire.

Tostada cups
Two baked flour tortillas cups filled with kalamata olives, feta cheese, artichokes and tomatoes.
Plantain chips and guacamole
Plantain slice and fried into chips and served with homemade guacamole.
Grilled sea scallops
Nova Scotia scallops, fennel and citrus slaw
